  • Customized skin care routine; morning, night, and weekly
  • 6-day meal planning; every meal to help you feel your best
  • Supplement recommendations; where to buy and what to look for
  • Self-care practices; personalized meditations, journaling exercises and workout plans
  • Check-ins; Once a week chit chats and daily e-mail access (m-f during work hours)
